Colin Barnett

Colin joined in 2015 after many years in the resourcing industry (he’s not saying exactly how many!), working out of the London office. Since his main client The AA took advantage of our RPO offering for all their volume hires, he moved into PeopleScout‘s RPO operation, based out of Bristol, where he also heads up the Openreach account.

Natalie is a Resourcing Manager supporting clients in the Australia region. Natalie has specialized in construction and engineering recruitment for the past 11 years, representing globally recognized businesses in identifying their technical talent.

Nicole Fuqua
TREND WRITER
Nicole has been a part of the PeopleScout team since April 2017 as a content marketing coordinator in the Chicago headquarters. In addition to her contributions to PeopleScout NEXT, she also hosts the Talking Talent with PeopleScout podcast and webinar series. Nicole comes to the talent acquisition industry after spending five years working as a journalist at television stations across the Midwest. She holds a master’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University.

Chad Getchell
LEADER OF INNOVATION
Chad is a Leader on PeopleScout’s Product Management Team, with product ownership responsibilities for Affinix™. Chad joined PeopleScout after serving in a product leadership role with Automatic Data Processing (ADP), where he oversaw systems development for its recruiting business. Prior to ADP, Chad spent most of his career with Walmart in Bentonville, AR. Chad is a graduate of St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY, with a bachelor’s degree in economics, and holds an MBA from Clarkson University, with a focus on operations management.

Emily Gordon
CLIENT DELIVERY LEADER
Emily has more than 16 years of experience in talent acquisition, and has overseen sourcing, continual process improvement, and client implementations. Her expertise is in transitions, process improvement, team building, client relationship development, and operational delivery. She holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Emily is a graduate of the University of Michigan.

Chris Gould
CLIENT PORTFOLIO LEADER
Chris Gould has over 20 years of experience in RPO, global talent acquisition leadership and consulting. He has proven success driving talent strategies and operations; building and developing global, diverse teams; and working with business leaders developing cost and availability strategies in mature and emerging markets. His global teams have been responsible for permanent and contingent hires in over 100 countries. Chris graduated from the University of Central Missouri and currently resides in Dallas, TX with his family.

Chris Green
HEAD OF CANDIDATE GENERATION
Chris leads candidate generation activities for PeopleScout clients in Europe. He currently has a team of 40 superstars, which include recruiters, attraction/advertising specialists, researchers and analysts who will filled more than 7,000 senior, specialist and entry-level positions in 2019. Outside of work, Chris is a family man to his loving wife, Eleanor, his son, Rory, and his two cockapoos, Poppy and Mabel.

Vanessa Hawes
SENIOR EMPLOYER BRAND & COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGIST
As a member of PeopleScout’s talent advisory practice, Vanessa supports our clients to effectively launch, embed, manage and measure their employer brand. Vanessa leads a number of strategic employer brand accounts, as well as supports the RPO division and PeopleScout globally. Vanessa takes an active interest in inclusion and diversity, especially female representation in business and STEM and social mobility.

Leslee Kress
GLOBAL VICE PRESIDENT OF SERVICES IMPLEMENTATION
As PeopleScout’s Global Leader of Services Implementation, Leslee oversees and ensures the successful deployment of Total Workforce, RPO and MSP solutions globally. This includes leading the ongoing development and strategic execution of PeopleScout’s implementation methodology and focusing on well-executed, agile solution delivery tailored to client-specific workforce needs.

Kyle Tretheway
SENIOR CORPORATE COUNSEL
Kyle advises PeopleScout on matters ranging from contracts to intellectual property, marketing and new technology – and he genuinely enjoys reading contracts. Based in Seattle, Kyle has more than six years of experience as in-house counsel. Prior to law school, Kyle worked for multiple startups and a karaoke distributor. In his free time, Kyle serves on a local charity board and writes poetry.
